UPC LOOKUP

ZIP's Movie Request form requires a UPC code for the DVD you are suggesting they add. If you can find the DVD you want on Amazon, simply copy the URL for the product page into the box below, and press "Lookup", and the UPC should be displayed. I strongly suggest trying to find things on Amazon Canada first, and only going to Amazon US if it isn't carried here, since many DVDs have different UPC codes for US and Canadian versions.
